Through middle and high school, Walker continued to work side by side with the man he now calls his mentor.

Traditional arts workshops scheduled at Sycamore ShoalsElizabethton StarThose attending are asked to bring a hatchet, carving knife and any other woodworking tool they would like to bring. The class will be held from 9 am to 4 pm and the maximum number is 10. The cost is $45. Adults only. Children are welcome to observe.
